Online account registration is opened to existing borrowers and new applicants.

To register for an online account, the new applicant or existing borrower has to provide the following information.

  • First Name
  • Surname
  • Valid Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Password for the account
  • Candidates Number (for new applicants)
  • Borrower's Number (for existing Borrowers)

Your email address cannot be changed after a successful account registration.

You are therefore required to provide a valid email address during registration and application.

To change your password,

Login into your account and click on your name at the top right corner of the page.
Click on the Manage Profile link to open the profile page.
At the Change Password section, enter your old password, new password, re-eter the new password and click on the change password button to change your password.

If you have not already amended your institution at the NMDS office,

then register for an online account, add a change of institution ammendment form, download and complete it and then submit it at NMDS for the change to be effected.

Your verification is sent to your email address after a successful account registration.

Check your email messages for your verification code.

To resend your verification code, visit the resend code page under the verify account link.
Enter your email address and click on the resend code button to resend your verification code to your email address.
